Originally from Vero Beach, Florida, Sabi Lofgren graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Music Composition and English (with a Film Studies Emphasis). He received his Master of Fine Arts Degree in Film Production from the University of Southern California where he also worked closely with the faculty as a Teacher’s Assistant in Directing and Production classes. Sabi has a passion for family-friendly films, and when not working at Paramount, he can be found writing screenplays intended for both young and old alike.

FINDING SKUNKAPE - Young Adult/Family Comedy.
When 16-year-old Zack is paired with Andrea, a wealthy and stubborn girl in his journalism class, he hardly expects to find himself tracking down the elusive Skunk Ape (Florida's own Bigfoot). But with his parents' orange juice company struggling, the idea of finding the creature in his own backyard sounds like a perfect way to bring more attention to the family business. Little does he know that Andrea has her own agenda for creating chaos in the orange groves. Together they discover that the line between myth and reality isn't often all that clear...
MINOR LEAGUE - Sitcom (co-written with Kerri Brady)
Tim Carver isn't afraid to start at the bottom to achieve his dream of someday working for the Miami Dolphins. Taking a job with the Single-A Minor League Baseball team, the Rochester Amish, however, is a little lower than he had imagined. Still, he's willing to do whatever it takes to make it to the big leagues, even if it means giving up his bachelor lifestyle and risking his life, his job, and of course, his dignity.
ANNIKA - Family Road Trip/Comedy
When high school student Annika discovers that she was conceived out of a high school fling and born to a teenage Swedish exchange student, she decides that she must find the mother that she has never met. Against the will of her ultra-conservative grandparents, she ambushes her dad and takes him on a wild adventure in Sweden. Together father and daughter discover new cultures and learn even more about themselves as they try to track down Annika's mother.
